Melanesia is an island archipelago located in the continent of Oceania. Melanesia are the following countries:

The Solomon Islands; Aotearoa; Fiji; Samoa; Tuvalu; Kanaky;

Papua New-Guinea Vanuatu; The Torres Strait;

Nauru

and the two countries still occupied by Indonesia:

West-Papua and the Republic of the South Moluccas.
